Driving Directions:From North Durham: Take 15-501 South to Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. (Exit 105 B). Continue on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. for approximately 4.5 miles to the Fayetteville Road intersection. Turn right on Fayetteville Road. Continue for approximately 2.5 miles to the Highway 54 intersection. Turn left on Highway 54. Continue approximately 0.2 miles and turn left into the entrance of the building, Southpoint Professional Center. Drive to the middle of the building, and enter through main entrance to Triangle Endoscopy Center. Enter through Suite 210. Alternatively, take 15-501 South to I-40 East. Continue for approximately 5.5 miles to Fayetteville Road (Exit 276). Take a left on Fayetteville Road. At the next intersection, turn right onto NC 54. Go 0.2 miles and turn left into the entrance of the building, Southpoint Professional Center. Drive to the middle of the building, and enter through main entrance to Triangle Endoscopy Center. Enter through Suite 210. From South Durham and Research Triangle Park: Take NC-147 (Durham Freeway) south to Exit 5B (I-40 West). Continue on I-40 West for 3.3 miles to Fayetteville Road (Exit 276). Take a right on Fayetteville Road. At the next intersection, turn right onto NC 54. Go 0.2 miles and turn left into the entrance of the building, Southpoint Professional Center. Drive to the middle of the building, and enter through main entrance to Triangle Endoscopy Center. Enter through Suite 210. From Hillsborough: Take Old NC 86 to I-40 East toward Raleigh. Continue 14.5 miles to exit 276, Fayetteville Road. Turn left onto Fayetteville Road. At the next intersection, turn right onto NC 54. Go 0.2 miles and turn left into the entrance of the building, Southpoint Professional Center. Drive to the middle of the building, and enter through main entrance to Triangle Endoscopy Center. Enter through Suite 210. From Raleigh, Cary, and points East of RDU Airport: Take I-40 West to Exit 276, Fayetteville Road. Take a right on Fayetteville Road. At the next intersection, turn right onto NC 54. Go 0.2 miles and turn left into the entrance of the building, Southpoint Professional Center. Drive to the middle of the building, and enter through main entrance to Triangle Endoscopy Center. Enter through Suite 210. From Chapel Hill: Take NC 54 East, passing through the Fayetteville Road intersection. From that intersection, continue to go 0.2 miles and turn left into the entrance of the building, Southpoint Professional Center. Drive to the middle of the building, and enter through main entrance to Triangle Endoscopy Center. Enter through Suite 210. From Chapel Hill and West: Take I-40 heading east to Fayetteville Road, Exit 276. Turn left onto Fayetteville Road. At next intersection, turn right onto NC Highway 54. Go 0.2 miles and turn left into the entrance of the building, Southpoint Professional Center. Drive to the middle of the building, and enter through main entrance to Triangle Endoscopy Center.
